Local presence, international network.

Germany is our home market and, with around 250 properties, our most important location. Our asset managers and leasing experts are therefore represented throughout Germany by offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich.
 
We have also expanded our international activities in previous years, establishing our own offices in key European markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, Paris and Warsaw. Our New York branch gives us a presence in the US.
 
Our network of renowned property managers and facility managers allows us to fulfil our global asset management mission locally and provide local service – managed from our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main – for our buildings in Australia, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
