4-storey office building with two inner courtyards, two lower levels and a total of around 13,900 m² in leasable space, year of construction 2002.
During lease negotiations, the new tenant, the “European Commission”, requested that fit-out be performed during regular operations, including IT and security systems. The challenge was mainly due to the tight schedule and approx. 700 pages of detailed specifications from the new tenant.
Due to the very tight six-month schedule, fit-out planning already started during lease negotiations so that work could begin immediately after the lease was signed.
The project was completed on schedule and within budget. Active asset management allowed the income situation to be sustainably improved by entering into a new lease with a highly creditworthy tenant. The “Laccolith” office property has been leased under a long-term lease to the European Commission since November 2015.
