Newly renovated buiding “Ville L'Eveque” in Paris fully leased
The newly renovated buiding “Ville L'Eveque” has successfully leased its 4,179 sqm sqm of offices to the law firm Simmons & Simmons for 12 years, even before completion of the renovation.
Ville L'Eveque is located in the heart of the 8th district, Paris' central business area, at 21/23 rue de la ville L’Evêque, 75008 Paris. This stunning building with three basement levels and five upper levels features a roof top, an auditorium, a fitness room, a bicycle room with changing rooms, 19 places for e-cars, and 72 parking places. Ville L'Eveque has been awarded two green certifications: BREEAM In-Use Very Good and HQE Très Performant.
The renovation, which began in July 2021, was managed by Deka Immobilien Europa and included the expansion of an existing wing of the building, creating an additional 816 sqm of office space, a large new lobby, and complete facade replacements; furthermore the realization of the hall and office floors with premium finishes, and the use of wood for the patio's mesh, terrace decking, parquet in the main staircase, and slats for hall cladding.
Overall, Ville L'Eveque is a successful project that has revitalized this area of Paris, offering modern and eco-friendly office space that meets the needs of today's businesses.
