Anchor tenant PwC extends lease for additional 7,200 sqm at TOWER185 in Frankfurt
The auditing and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH WPG Germany (PwC) has extended a lease for an additional 7,200 sqm at the Frankfurt office building TOWER185. Since the building's completion in 2012, the anchor tenant has held a crucial position in the high-rise, which was acquired by Deka Immobilien in 2017.
TOWER185 is the top choice for international companies from various industries due to its high sustainability standards, digitalization, comfort, and aesthetics. Spanning a total area of over 100,000 sqm, it houses more than 25 companies and institutions. The building ranks among the tallest skyscrapers in Germany and is a landmark structure situated between the trade fair, main train station, banking district, and European quarter, significantly shaping the city's skyline.
As one of Europe's first newly constructed high-rises, TOWER185, designed under rigorous sustainability criteria, was awarded the LEED Gold certification. This makes it a perfect fit within Deka Immobilien's extensive portfolio of sustainability-certified buildings.
