Deka Immobilien leases 3,600 sqm of office space in Luxembourg

Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease in Luxembourg for approximately 3,600 sqm of office space. Worldline, the European market leader in financial technology, has secured the space in Bertrange for its Luxembourg headquarters on a long-term basis.
Atrium Business Park consists of four buildings and has around 53,000 sqm of modern office space. With this lease agreement, Deka Immobilien has been able to newly let a total of around 8,000 sqm of space in the property in 2020.
The office park is located in the Bertrange submarket to the west of Luxembourg City near the Belgian border with easy access to the A6 motorway. The property was acquired in 2016 for the open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa and the open-ended real estate institutional fund WestInvest ImmoValue. The property has received British BREEAM In-Use "Excellent" certification for sustainable construction.
